Yarck has a well-deserved reputation with rail trail users and passing road traffic, as an excellent place to stop for lunch.
On the 3rd Saturday of the month you can visit the monthly country market, an outlet for local produce, jams, craft, plants and wines.
The trail runs behind the village of Yarck and it is worth riding the extra 100 metres into the village centre.
The Yarck Station site is marked by two mature Monterey Cypresses. There are also three mature Monterey Pines on the west side of the fence around the station ground.
